You will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty programme when you create a new PBK account or log in to an existing account. This means you don’t need to sign up separately to PBK Rewards.
We recommend that you opt-in to our email marketing to ensure you receive updates about your PBK Rewards account.
All orders are eligible for Reward Points. You must be logged into a valid PBK account to receive the Reward Points earned for any orders placed. If you place an order using Guest Checkout, you will not earn Reward Points on that order and your points will not be added retrospectively if you create an account later.
Reward Points will not be issued for any shipping costs or for the purchase of any PBK gift-vouchers. Free gifts are not eligible for Reward Points.
If you’re using a promotional code with your order, the Reward Points you earn will be based on your final order value once the promotional code has been applied.
Please note if we are unable to ship your order for any reason, then you will not earn Reward Points.You can view your Reward Points balance by signing into PBK, selecting My Account followed by Loyalty Reward.
If you’ve recently made an order, your Reward Points will update as soon as your full order has been shipped.
If you return an order, the Reward Points you earned on that order will be removed from your account.
If you’ve redeemed Loyalty credit on an order which you subsequently return, the credit will be reissued to your account.
