Thanks to the smart video loop, the camera automatically overwrites the oldest footage, so you never have to worry about a lack of storage on your micro SD card. Using three modes – flashing, pulsing and solid, you can tailor the FLY 12 to suit the light conditions that you’re riding in – from daylight to complete darkness. You can run the camera by itself too, if you’re riding around during daytime. On a full charge, which takes just 2.5 hours, you can use the camera on its own for up to 8 hours, and a camera-light combo for up to 5. Using the dedicated companion app, you can keep a tab on battery life, to ensure that you don’t come unstuck.
