如何服用一水肌酸粉Creapure® ?

我們建議在健身前或運動後立即服用3-5 克Creapure® ，與乳清蛋白粉和碳水化合物混合共同服用可最大限度的促進肌肉吸收，此外，也可以與水、牛奶和果汁混合後立即飲用。

建議初次使用一水肌酸粉Creapure®的用戶在使用本產品的前5 天作為衝擊期或加載期（loading phase），以最大化促進吸收，達到最優的效果。衝擊期內每天服用4 次，每次 5 克（1 舀勺），可使肌肉組織中的肌酸水平達到飽和狀態。在完成加載期後，每天只需要服用 3-5 克本產品即可。
