Not for 29er with -17/-25 deg stem
Once mounted on the bar, it doesn't have enough coverage on the top tube Not much adjustment can be made on the front, the Velcro strap have very limited range to adjust the back/fore. Hand wash only. (I would still throw it in the washing machine)
